Every moment of my life...From Past Till Now...

Its that time of the year again, when our dear old dads get to play king for a day...and be treasured and cherished for who they are...our loving fathers. First thing first, sorry to my dad coz i'm too broke to get him a present this year...but i did get him something better. My love...aww... planning to buy cake for him (wif some financial help from my mum that is...) Although i dun realli show it as much as i show my mum, my sis and my grandmother, i still love my dad all the same... Like the rest of my family, i juz cant live w/o him...Love and cherish ur dad ppl, especially the guys...U're more like ur dad than anione else...trust me...

Still dun hav ani decent pic of my dad...like i've said b4, he's kindof camera shy...

Let me juz do a random survey...Are u guys closer to ur mum or to ur dad?...Well, i dunnoe, generally, i think boys tend to be closer to ur mum, and girls tend to be closer to their dads...I dunnoe?...How bout u guys?...

I've always been closer to my mum, ever since young...According to her, when i was still a baby, i wud not let anyone carry me, except her. I wud cry if another tries to carry me, including my dad. Growing up, i've always been more open to my mum. I wud talk and share my problems wif her, do my homework wif her...but never wif my dad. Wonder why...but i'm juz closer to her i guess...

But i think i'm alot like my dad in many ways. For starters, i think my dad n I hav the same build, as in body build...i may not be as heavy as him (no offence huh dad...hehehehe) but more or less we both hav broad shoulders...

In terms of height...well, lets juz say he isnt as tall as me ( i'm averagely tall at 1.74m, but ppl wonder where i get my 'height gene' from?...for starters, my dad's shorter than me, and my mum isnt anywhere close...hehehe...)

We both have big egos...BIG!!!... When we get into fights, neither wud want to give in...nobody wants to lose...

We have unpredicted tantrums...(especially when we're stressed...)

And we are both good at bowling (he taught me everything i noe...)

There're alot thing that i learnt from my dad. Caring for sisters, giving in to them coz they're younger, respecting the elderly...etc...I couldnt have ask for a better dad...mine's perfect the way he is...

FYI...my dad doesnt realli believe in corporal punishment...so mostly he juz needs to raise his voice, and i wud obey his orders...He has his tantrums, but he never uses strength to discipline his children...And it works, juz look at me...hehehe!!!...

Well, hats off to my dad, for successfully raising his 3 children into the kids that they are now...WE WILL MAKE YOU AND MUM PROUD...thats a promise...

Sometimes i wonder, when i'm all married and having my own family, will i ever be as good as a father as my dad?...

If you're the type that onli says 'I love you' and hugs ur dad once a year (during Chrismas or Hari Raya or Chinese New Year that is...), go gif ur dad a bear hug, and wish him a Happy Fathers Day. U hav no idea how good it will make him feel...
