Hey all you lovely people...

Azmi is still here, alive and kicking...

Juz very lazy to blog la these few days...

Every night will go online, check blog, then do abit of blog-hopping...if got mood then go youtube and watch episodes of whose line is it anyway...and will go offline and play Grand Theft Auto over and over again...

So yah, that was my routine upon switching on my computer for the past few days...

Oh yah, Macdonalds have finally given a reply...Parklane Mall branch, so this friday will go for 4hr orientation, and then i shud start proper by week's end...

Met the manager, nice chap... I think i shud have no problem working with him...

One more thing, he said i'll be wearing the crew's uniform for my probation period. Does that mean wearing the ridiculous cap also?...So much for not needing to wear it... Shucks... I guess i'll have to wait a while before i'll get a chance to parade in the nice manager uniform...sigh... (well, at least the pay is still the FM's pay...or so i think, muz ask when i see him come friday)

Letter from Iwo Jima was aite...It's not a movie i would go watch at my own accord. That said, i'm glad you asked me along. The movie was well worth it. Definitely one i would go and recommend watching to my friends...

What else could go wrong?...

Oh man, this is so not my day la...

Yesterday was aite, went JB with daniel to go stock-up on entertainment...

But freak la...my Night at the Museum DVD doesnt work on my xbox... plays well on my laptop though...

My 'Hitman' game doesnt work either...kena con man...

And to top things off, i think my xbox's spoilt...Damn!... Takes a freaking time to load games, and always halfway playing will shut the game and say "Problem with disc"... What la, its not like every disc i have spoil rite...KNN...CCB...bull crap...

(and dan, so much for 5 star quality la...my one kena ripped off half way...all of sudden one hour into show the screen went blank...)

Oh well...not my luck la...

I'm thinking of going back jb soon to replace my Hitman game...got 2 weeks warranty. (Ironic rite, pirated PC game also got warranty...haha)

Oh yah, went Holiday plaza for the first time in over 10 years... Heard much about it from ppl who's been there recently, but i had to experience it for myself.

Picture this...outside looks like ur ordinary Video Shop...then u walk over, juz signal to him u want to go in, and he opens a 'secret' door...haha...an entire room of DVDs, VCDs, CDs of all sorts awaits you... Any title u want, they sure have... hahaha...

I told daniel, 'lets try opening one of these in Singapore...see what happen'...hahaha... Daniel: You try la. Wont survive long one...hahahaha

Ajay called thursday nite...FROM TEKONG!...haha, NS life sounds so slack sia... Apart from the usual PTs, and corporal punishments, and all the F*cks, KNNs, and CCBs hurled at you by the officers, its quite alrite according to Ajay... Looking forward to NS alreadi...hahaha

Ok la...thats it for me...

AND I DESPERATELY NEED A FREAKING JOB!...ROTTING AT HOME NOW!!!...
Macdonalds i think got phobia la, dun want to call me... Their loss lor...haha... going to job-hunt first thing monday morning...

the more i am convinced that it does look gay...

Really!!!...

All the pink, and the cartoons of a boy and girl...

All the mushy mushy words...

Eww!!!...This is so not me!...Why the hell did i pick this skin in the first place?...Maybe becoz it was pink!...Nice colour mah!...

I wud so want to go blogskin rite now and change it, but lazy la...so i guess this skin will stay for a little while... maybe a week or so...

Quiet day today... Dad's working...on Chinese New Year!... His workplace not enuff people la, so he muz cover up mah... Poor dad!...

MSN also like nobody go online...all celebrating i guess... Have FUN!!!

I think i seriously need to go JB and buy SOME MORE games and dvds... Home running out of entertainment la... Macdonalds also take so long to call back... Haiyah!...

I've been frequenting Youtube like mad this few days... Why?... To watch episodes after episodes of Whose Line Is It Anyway!!!... I think the next time i meet up with the gang, and we decide to play WLIIA, i will be so hyped up...hehehe...

Three days since i last posted an entry...

Three days filled with events...

Lets start with thursday shall we... Went for morning jog as usual, this time asked azhar along...Always nice to jog with a fren la, not so lonely. (but what la, one round pancit alreadi huh?!...hahaha...) Then friday when ask him out again, say his leg abit cramp la...haha... Aiseh bradder, one day jog leg pain already izzit?!...hahaha...

Friday was as per normal too... Went to mosque... Had this loooonnng debate about whether we should go play badminton or play xbox at my place as our afternoon activity with azhar... khairul was the moderator. And to quote khairul, "Ape da... want to play xbox or badminton also take so long to decide!"... In the end, all decided that we were too tired and headed home... Hahaha...

Celebrated my parent's wedding anniversary yesterday too...their 20th to be exact. Had a nice cake, and went out for dinner... Dad wanted to 'act' romantic by taking mum on a movie date... They went to watch Ghostrider, while i had to babysit my two sisters at home... (haha...nak act romantic konon...romantic tak jadi la ayah...hahaha!)

Proceeded to cherriann's house for 'so-called' movie marathon... Had andre's pre-birthday party...19 year old chap...haha...

Our 'movie marathon' turned into 5 long hours of endless gossipping, intellectual discussions and trivial debates...haha... we talked everything and anything under the sun, which includes family dramas and feuds, china trip, funerals, ghost stories... we even talked about subjects in secondary school and we were babbling on about titration la, chemistry moles la... Of coz, i had a very tiring day before so my brain was like shut down by the 3rd or 4th hour...I was physically awake and listening, but my mind was too fatigue to say anything...hahaha...

Did watch one movie though...Dogma... my first time watching... Never had i watched a movie with so many "f*cks" in it...hahaha... Enjoyed the movie though, although i was dozing in and out of the movie...hahaha...

Sent andy off this morning...if my calculations are correct, andy shud still be on a plane right now, somewhere over the pacific ocean...maybe just passed hawaii or something... Lucky fella...hahaha...

Oh yah, the moment i reached home, at around 9.30 i think... had shower and all, and collasped straight to bed. And freaking i slept for 9 hours straight... By the time i woke up it was like 7pm, all dark already... Must be damn shagged la...hahaha...

Oh well, one week gone, another one follows... And when the hell is Macdonalds going to f*cking call me?... One week already leh... Manager said one or two weeks, so better call within this week, or i'll have to go buy Straits Time and look under classifieds... hahaha... ( Aper la izzat, i thought macdonalds pride in efficiency?... Want to call back also take so long huh?...hahahaha)

It's Valentine Day today...

What does this day mean to me?...

Well, it's juz like any other day, a day for you to tell those around you that you love them...

I dun believe it is juz for couple u noe, although that's the norm la...

Why not take this day to go tell someone that u care and love them...

Your parents...

Your siblings...

Your friends...

and of course, not forgetting...that special someone too...

People go out and enjoy themselves on this day...

What do i do?...

Well, i sit at home and chill...

Caught up on some reading...

And basically, as the saying goes, "i juz lepak one corner"...

Juz got back from badminton playing with azhar and faisal...

Three singles playing badminton on a valentine's day evening...

I'm Thailand, full of drama...

Faisal's Indonesia, (or was it Malaysia?), good but cannot beat Thailand...hehehe

And Azhar..well he's self-proclaimed Laos...coz really cannot make it...hahahaha...

Macdonalds still havent call...getting worried...Well, the manager did say the process will take a while, at least a week or two. So juz wait lor...

By the way...enough with saying my blog looks gay can...I noe it does...but i like...So how?... That doesnt mean i'm gay what...Haha...Women are God's gift to Men, so why waste it?...hehehe...Pink and purple are nice colours, and they so happen to be some of my favourite colours too...

my pencil case is full of pink stationery... I dunnoe why, but i seem to like them... A pink pencil, a pink pen, pink markers, pink highlighters, pink erasers...even my pencil case is purple... But that doesnt mean i'm gay what...HAHAHAHA!!!...

But still, u will never catch me wearing a pink shirt, or pink pants, or worst...pink shoes... I'm a closet pink lover...so i dun flaunt it...hehehe

Changes are good sometimes...

So it is...a brand new look for abangazmi.blogspot.com...

Gone are all the signs of aragorn, or any lord of the rings character for that matter...

Dun get me wrong, Azmi still adores LOTR... he is juz moving away from that whole image now.

Picked this new blogskin of...well, blogskin.com of coz.

And i noe what u're thinking, but i'm not gay!, despite the feminine or gayish look of this blog. I dun see anything wrong with the colours pink, or purple being associated with a man. In fact, they're some of my favourite colours! Plus i like the look of the blog. Thanks to clara, the person who created this blogskin it seems...

Apart from the new look, nothing much will change in this blog. More rantings about my daily life and all, and the occassional emo two liners here and there...

Well, here's today's entry proper...

Had my job interview juz now. Applied for a position as Macdonalds Floor Manager. I think i did well. All i can do now is wait. I have to wait for a call for another manager for my 2nd interview and orientation. My chances are quite fair i think. I'm really excited to start, i dunnoe why! Niwaez, we'll see how it goes. Thanks Izzat for hooking me up on this one.

So it seems, i'll just have to spend the first week of holidays rotting at home. Catch up on some reading perhaps, play some xbox, chill out with the gang maybe. Someone's birthday's coming, so that's something to look forward to. 19 bashes i last counted, hehehe...

Aren't you glad that its all over?...

Exams over for me...

the same goes for all my polymates, be it MS buddies or the pals at Singapore Poly...

O level results are out...

Job well done to all that made it... in fact, i think everybody i knew did well...

Now, my attention shifts to the holidays...

Work, as it seems, is inevitable...

Going for my job interview tomorrow, wish me luck!!!...

Alot of people going overseas these two months...

USA...China...just to name a few...

Lucky bastards!!!...hahaha...

For the rest of us left back home, i know most of you will be working, so all the best on that as well...

By the way, the boys said they saw Fazrul Nawaz (the Singapore soccer player la, in case u dunnoe) at the mosque juz now. I didnt get to see him coz i went ahead to the prayer hall first...

This wouldnt be the first "well-known personality" that i've met at the mosque. My long list of "Hey i know you!" at the mosque includes funny man Suhaimi Yusof, rocker Ramli Sarip and even Najip Ali!!!...

I would always joke to my frens, "Pegi semayang jugak ye dier tu?!!"... basically meaning ,"Never knew that guy also goes and prays?!!"... who says celebrities dont pray?...hahaha...

Long 2 months ahead... shall keep all of you updated on my 'quiet' life...

Update on Asean Cup finals...

We WON!!!...

very tight and fierce match was played tonight...especially so for the thais...

Singapore wasnt as strong and upbeat as they were on the first leg... I must say i was rather disappointed with some terrible sloppy play by the Lions...

The thais should have won, but i guess luck wasnt on their side... Based on how they dominated the match, they shud have been champions... Singapore was too casual in their play, too laidback... But then again, Lady Luck was with the lions tonight, and hats off to Khairul Amri on that marvellous goal... excellent solo play...

Congratulations to the LIONS!!!... It was a close one, but they won it fair and square...

They got lucky tonight, so they really need to buck up if they are to retain their title next time...

Well, i'm off to an early night's rest... Going to wake up early tmr and do some last minute revision...

study week...

meant for studying, as the name implies...

what have i been doing the past few days?...

studying of course, or rather, trying to...

have been studying at the dining table, coz i think that table is seriously under utilised... my family dont even eat dinner there... we all eat at this smaller table in the kitchen... the dining table in the hall is juz for show, or for guests...hehehe... plus, the dining table is big enuff for all my notes and junk...and the laptop...hehehe...

tend to sidetrack alot...ALOT!...

first was the internet...

then there was the xbox playing...

followed by hours of watching Kids Central with beloved sister... (they've got alot of great programmes u noe, even for a nineteen year old...)

So, amidst all the distractions at home, azmi has resorted to studying at night, after 10 to be exact...

Even then, there was endless sidetracking...

Like the internet...

There was the xbox...

But my favourite sidetracking activity... Watching Mary Poppins over and over again...

It's such a heavenly sin... hehehe...

I juz want it done and over with...
