Mood Swings yet again...

Dun think that only girls have mood swings, us guys have our fair share of it too... One moment you can be so joyous you feel like u're on top of the world. Then u feel super hyper that everything and anything can make u laugh. Before u noe it u're damn frustrated that anything around you will and definitely will annoy you...

Boy... what a rollercoaster of emotions you have...

Went to IKEA tampines today. Dad's day off, and so was my sister's (She's working part time at Mac Sun Plaza fyi... having her year end break so she thought may as well work. Suits her, whatever makes her happy la...)

Back to the story...

Didnt have a proper breakfast coz on diet mah... so onli had a slice of bread in the morning. So by the time we reached Ikea, it was like 4.30pm and my stomach started to grumble. Cant help it la... only had a small breakfast and never even had lunch!... None...Zilch...Kosong...

Ikea restaurant was super damn packed la... Took my parents like a whole 40 minutes to queue up and order food. And i was there sitting on the table, "copping" the place and constantly answering people that the table is taken... Waited so long i even lost the appetite to eat. Was actually keen on trying the meatballs (coz ppl say they're good...), but had the chicken wings instead.

It was so freaking oily, i think i could squeeze out the oil to fill a whole bottle. Talk about high cholesterol!!!...

Trip inside was fun. Played around with my sisters, playing chase around the already tight space. Hahaha... imagine all the stares and glares we got from the people there. A big sized 18 year old playing chase and hide-n-seek with his two young sisters. That was a sight...

Niwaez, to make the long story short, Mum bought 2 study tables for both my sisters. It was nicely packed into a box, but who else would carry the boxes if not for the two men of the household. It was so damn heavy la, about 17kg (saw the label...). Mum said to just take cab home, but Dad, being the stubborn man that he is, insisted we just took the bus. Save money he said...

I was so freaking ultra supercalifagilistic MAD!... I didnt mind taking the bus... But when u have to carry a 17kg box and ur arms are all aching, u cant help urself but feel a little angry. I didnt dare to complain much, coz Dad was carrying the exact same weight as me...

By the time i reached home, my arms felt so sore that i couldnt bend my arms straight. But hey, it was good exercise!... I didnt get to jog just now, so i guessed my trip to Ikea compensated for it.

Oh well...

another day in the life of poor old me...

wonder what tomorrow brings...

till then...azmi out...
